I drive 50 miles to do al of my business with Guidera’s. There are 3 other dealers within 15 miles of my house but they are nowhere near as friendly or easy to work with as Guidera’s.

When I started looking at Harley I went to xxxxxx Harley-Davidson because they are closer. I was very dissatisfied with their sales staff. I almost didn’t by a Harley-Davidson because of them. Then a friend told me about Guidera's, and how great they are. He was right! I called the store to ask if they had the color I wanted, they did. I told them I would bring a deposit that day to hold it for 24 hours, so my wife could see it before I bought it. They said I didn’t need to, they would hold it for me. I went down anyway. From that first phone call they have made my wife, kid, and I feel like family. I think we will be friends for life. T hank you to everyone at Guidera's for making us feel at home.

This is my 4th HD. First in the touring group, “Nice Ride”. I had stopped in to Guidera's a few times and met the owner. I told him what I was looking for. He found it and called me. We did the whole deal over the phone on our words that it would be done right. When I picked up the bike it was perfect (with the extras I ordered). I handed him a check and they handed me the keys. A well run shop and service department. P.s. see you in ’08. How about Bob Seager instead of Elton John.

Sales and service are great. They remember your name. Everyone including the owner helps out sales of parts and helps answer questions. I love it all and if I were to do this again I would go back. There is another Harley shop about 15 miles from my home. I had a really bad experience there and I will never go back there for anything. Guidera's is almost 1 hour from my home.
Guidera's has to be the best dealership around. I visit many dealerships on the road and the staff at Guidera's is by far, the most helpful, respectful and sincere. “Holmes” always greets us. When our son returned from Iraq, we went to Guidera's where he purchased his first Harley, I’m sure there are more in his future. Holmes never forgets to ask about him when we stop by. Guidera's is like a mom and pop store, not like those big “corporate giants”. They treat everybody like they're one of them, a family run company.
I have a dealership closer to my home. However, the staff and service that I have received from Guidera's is worth the trip (approx 60 miles).
This dealership is tops, #1. Joe, Jim, Joe Jr. and Holmes, plus his staff are all excellent, knowledgeable and friendly.
Joe Guidera and sons provide a comfortable place to purchase and service my Harley’s. Holmes in service department is the best. I own a 2006 Electra Glide with side car and 2007 Road Glide. I have owned 12 Harley’s all new. The 2007, 96”& six speed is the best yet. Thanks for the great experience.

Products are great. Services are outstanding, they couldn’t be better. My fiancé past away in 2007 and the people at Guidera’s Harley-Davidson really made me feel like family, bestfriends, whatever you want to call it, but it was so heart felt and comforting. It was just family and love that I felt from all at Guidera’s. It has been one year now since Bruces death and I wanted to try to ride again. I went to Guidera’s and felt no pressure just the same warm family feeling as before from all. Yes I have my new “08” fat boy and I’m loving every minute. I would and do recommend others to Guidera’s. My cousin has since bought a “08” Rocker from Guidera’s and he also is pleased.
Guidera’s Harley-Davidson is the best place to buy a bike. Joe and Jim bust their asses to do what they can for me when I come into the shop. Holmes in the service department is great also.
I’ve visited quite a few dealership all over northern California and even though Guidera’s is closest to my home they were the friendliest, most helpful and most informative dealership I’ve been too.

What can I say about this dealership, best I have ever delt with bar none! Joe/Jim awsome guys to talk with very knowledgable, they seem to have your best intrest at heart. Holmes/Mike in service what can I say other than you two are incredible, always going the extra mile to accomidate. Took my RK in on a short notice request to see if they could install a Tour Pak for me for a next day road trip. I cant say enough about these guys and thier team!
